access real-time information about the location and
progress of your coach.
Using state of the art monitoring equipment, COACHTRAC can track coaches as they pass stops and other reporting points. The Kings Ferry will be able to pinpoint precisely where all their vehicles are located and customers can track any vehicle by logging on to a website or using their WAP mobile phones or PDA’s.*

Access
COACHTRAC from your work or home pc:
Step
1:
Log on to www.thekingsferry.co.uk and select ‘Commuter
Timetables’ from the menu on the left hand side.
Step 2: On The Kings Ferry website, select
your route in the usual way.
Step 3: Click on a magnifying glass next to the coach you require to activate a pop-up window (4a).
Step
4a:
Shows the last reported location of and information
for your coach, or...
Step 4b :
Access information for all coaches, or...
Step 4c :
for just the service you require by selecting
it from the drop-down menu.
Access COACHTRAC from a
HTML / WAP browser enabled mobile phone
or PDA:
Step 1:
Enter the URL http://pda.thekingsferry.co.uk
into the HTML browser of your mobile
phone or PDA.
Step 2: Scroll around the page using the directional buttons on your mobile phone or PDA to locate your service.
Step 3:
Check the time of the last
update and coach location, to access the latest info, manually
refresh your browser.
