We asked. You answered.
We wanted to know what our commuter passengers thought of our daily commuter services to London, so we created an online survey and the results flooded in.
We were overwhelmed by your response and impressed by how much interest you had in helping us to improve our services, so we’d like to say a big thank you to all who took part. It doesn’t end there though. It’s not enough to just ask the questions, you have to act on the answers and that is exactly what we’ve done.
