In an independent survey carried out by LSTF on our commuter customers in North Bristol, The Kings Ferry scored 100% when asked if they were satisfied with the service or not.
The passengers were surveyed on board their commuter coach, on their way to work. After months and weeks of using the new commuter service to North Bristol, the passengers gave glowing feedback on the level of the service provided.
We have now introduced reduced fares and improved timetables based on the results provided from this questionnaire together with one carried out by ourselves focusing on travelling behaviours and stop locations.
The service has made over 13,000 passenger journeys since its launch in November 2013 and the customer base continues to grow.
